so here it is , the long awaited post !!!!
THE BEGINNING :
i wasn’t obese , nor was i skinny . i was slim , and i thought that was enough . i ate whatever i wanted , thinking it wouldn’t affect my size . i hate exercise so naturally i didn’t do anything .
however , soon i became the fat friend without realizing it .
this was right before i started project skinny .
so why skinny ? because then i can wear nice clothes without worrying , then i can get a belly piercing and show it off , then i can wear bikinis etc etc .
yea you can go ahead and call me vain and narcissistic but you know what ? this is none of your business . i’m not doing this for anyone , not for my parents , not for society . i’m doing this for ME and my body and you ain’t got the right to tell me what i should or shouldn’t do :)
and thus , i started my very own #projectskinny in late March :)
THE PROCESS (DIETING) :
food , of course , plays a very important role in our lives , and besides , who doesn’t love food ?
i am the worst case scenario because i LOVE desserts and savoury foods . ice-cream , chocolate , cake , mac and cheese , fried chicken , pizza , mashed potato and all .
what’s worse ? i love carbohydrates . i super love white fluffy rice , french fries , cereal , spaghetti , instant noodles , cookies etc .
during #projectskinny , i did #projectsavemoney too , in which i save up my allowance to buy clothes and bring healthy food to school .
so i went on the “one proper meal a day basis” .
i have breaktime and lunchtime in school , so normally during breaktime , i would eat yoghourt / fruits and during lunchtime , i would eat maybe an apple , or a curry puff .
then at night i would eat a proper home-cooked dinner at home with rice , meats and vege .
remember , it is always better to eat 4-5 small meals per day instead of 3 big ones . eat whenever you’re hungry , but make sure your food serving is the size of your fist because that’s the size of your stomach :)
of course , i cut down on my carb intake , i now eat half the amount of carbs i used to eat . (still love it though haha)
so whenever i eat something , i add it to My Diary and at the end of the day , this is what it shows you :
here are some of the foods i eat for #projectskinny :
of course there are more but i don’t have pictures and these are only suggestions , you may eat whichever health food you want and there are lots of recipes available on the internet :)
but its okay ! as long as you don’t binge too much , you’re good to go :D
also , lessen the junk food and soft drinks , these things contain a lot of fat and sugar in it !
REMEMBER : NEVER SKIP BREAKFAST AS IT IT THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY AND YOU DO NOT WANNA GET GASTRIC .
